SereneMind Consulting Inc. is a British Columbia Benefit Company and is committed to complying with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and PIPEDA at the federal level.

What is PIPA

PIPA is British Columbia's private sector privacy law. It governs how organisations like SereneMind collect, use, and disclose personal information about individuals in BC.

Your rights under PIPA

The right to know what personal information we hold about you
The right to access your personal information
The right to request corrections to your personal information
The right to withdraw consent for collection or use of your information
The right to request deletion of your personal information

How we protect your data

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our programs
We never sell or share your data for commercial purposes
Wellness data entered in the app is used only to personalise your experience
Anonymised, aggregated data may be used for program reporting to funders

ⓘ During the current pilot phase, data may be stored on servers located in the United States. We are committed to migrating all participant data to Canadian servers (Toronto, Ontario) prior to full program launch and institutional partnerships.
